Akhrot Halwa

 500 g walnuts
 ½ cup semolina
 ½ cup desi ghee
 810 green cardamom
 1 cup sugar
 1 cup milk
 100 g khoya
 100 g butter
 50 g dry nuts

In a pot, add desi ghee, green cardamom seeds and sauté it. Now add, walnuts, semolina, sugar, milk and cook well for about five minutes. Afterwards, add butter, khoya and dry nuts. Delicious akhrot halwa is ready to serve.
