To make balsamic glaze: In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, honey, mustard, rosemary and the garlic, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened and reduced, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour through a fine strainer into a heat proof dish. Set aside.
To make salmon in a skillet: Let salmon to rest 10 at room temperature. Season salmon and cook in oiled skillet until nicely browned on both sides. Serve warm drizzling each fillet with homemade balsamic glaze, garnish if desired.
