Berry Beet Acai Breakfast Bowl

For the bowl
 · 1 medjool date
 · ½ cup coconut milk
 · 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 · 2 Brazil nuts
 · 1 raw beet
 · 1 pack of frozen acai
For the toppings
 · 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
 · 1 tablespoon hemps seeds
 · Fresh fruit and berries

Start by soaking the date while you grate the beet. Place coconut milk, chia seeds, Brazil nuts and drained date in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the grated beet, frozen mixed berries and slightly thawed acai packet. Blend on high, until thick and smooth. Serve in bowls with toppings.
