Firstly, soak the bread slices in a bowl by adding milk. Next, add the chicken mince, fried onions, salt, soaked bread slices, in a blender and blend it well for preparing the mixture for kabab. Use a spoon in this mixture to mix it for a while. Then, add boiled potatoes, soy sauce, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, and egg, mix it again and add chopped onions, mint leaves and blend the mixture again. Apply some oil at your hands. Now, make finger shaped kababs from this mixture. Add cooking oil in a pan, and then fry these kabab until the colour is changed to golden brown. Serve with raita and salad.
