Butter Kebabs

 • ½ kg beef mince
 • 3 slices bread
 • 6-8 green chilies
 • 2 teaspoons garlic paste
 • Salt and pepper to taste
 • 1 grated onion
 • Coriander leaves
 • ¼ cup butter

In a bowl add beef mince, bread slices, chopped green chilies, garlic paste, salt, pepper, grated onion, coriander leaves and mix well. Then, add ¼ cup oil to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Make round kebabs out of the mixture, layer them in a Pyrex dish and refrigerate. Cut butter into small cubes and put in the center of each kebab, roll in egg and crumbs, place in foil cups and bake till cooked well.
