Easy Meatballs

Ingredients

 · ½ kg ground beef
 · ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
 · 1/3 cup milk
 · ¼ cup onion
 · ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 · 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 · 1 egg
 · ¼ cup parsley
 · ¼ cup parmesan
 · Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until just combined. Then, shape the mixture into 48 meatballs, approximately 1½ tablespoons each. Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with your favourite dips and sauces.
