In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Set aside half cup of the marinade to drizzle over grilled chicken. Place chicken fillets in a resealable bag or on baking sheet and slather with remaining marinade. Let the marinated chicken in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place chicken on the grill and cook for about five minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken until it is no longer pink from inside. Remove the chicken from heat and drizzle the remaining marinade on it. Garnish with sliced lemons and lemon zest, if desired an serve.
