Roast the coriander seeds and crush them in a grinder. In a pan add meat, tomato, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds , green chillies and salt. Cook with a cup of water, until the mutton is tender. Then, heat oil on a tawa, add meat and stir well until it turns light brown in colour. Now, sprinkle the grinded coriander on top and lemon juice. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with naan and raita.
