Melt the butter and whisk in the peanut butter until smooth. Tip the flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl and stir. Add eggs and buttermilk, then mix. Add the peanut butter mixture and combine well. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush with melted butter. Pour in the batter to make pancakes, cooking for two minutes on each side. Meanwhile, make the peanut butter drizzle. Put the butter, peanut butter and honey into a pan and melt gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Drizzle the sauce over pancakes, top with berries and serve.
