Seekh Kebab

 700 g beef qeema
 ½ cup coriander
 34 green chilies
 1 tsp fried coriander
 3 tbsp coconut powder
 2 tsp fried cumin
 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 3 tbsp chickpea powder
 1 tbsp oil
 ยท Salt to taste
 2 tsp red chili powder
 34 tbsp fried onion
 ½ tsp turmeric
 ½ tsp chaat masala
 ½ tsp garam masala
 1 tbsp papaya powder

Add all the ingredients in a chopper and blitz. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Rub water on your hands, take a hand full ball of qeema mixture and shape the kebab on a skewer. Apply oil on a grill. Place the skewer on the grill and cook the kebab until tenders. Serve with vegetables and raita.
