The Ultimate Freakshake

Ingredients

 · 2 cups milk
 · 4 tablespoons lotus spread plus extra for decoration
 · 1 cup ice cubes
 · 6 scoops vanilla/biscoff ice cream divided
 · Lotus biscoff cookies
 · Whipped cream for topping
 · Sugar, optional

Preparation

To the blender jar add the milk, ice cubes, biscoff spread and four scoops of ice cream. Blend till smooth. Warm some extra biscoff spread in the microwave till it melts. Then drizzle this melted spread on the inner side of the glasses. With a butter knife, take the regular (not melted) spread and put it all around the top outer edges of the glasses. Crush some biscoff cookies and press them to the top edges. Add one scoop of ice cream to each glass. Pour the milkshake. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle the melted biscoff spread. Add insert half a cookie on top. Serve cold and enjoy!
