Turkish Kebab

Ingredients

 1 kg Beef minced meat
 4 Bread slices (finely granulated)
 1 Egg
 ¼ cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
 12 Green chillies (finely chopped)
 1 Onion (large, finely chopped)
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Paprika
 5 ½ tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Oil (for frying)

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients with the minced meat.

Divide the mixture into medium sized balls and form seekh kebab shapes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs in batches on medium low heat.

Serve with salad and naan.

Note: To grill, skewer the kebabs onto oiled skewers and grill, or roast till the outside is nicely browned. Baste frequently with oil while grilling.
